A French multinational corporation, Capgemini, in the space of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, rebranded itself and Team Event Studio played the role of facilitating this change on-ground across all cities, sites, and all offices Capgemini is present in India, covering all assets, hard and soft included.
The firm has over 270,000 employees in over 50 countries, of whom nearly 120,000 are in India, and thus rebranding each branded surface within their premises and even on their logistical assets was a mammoth challenge was undertaken.
Project from recce to planning spanned across 6 months with execution done within 21 days across 2 phases.
84 premises located at 34 sites across 11 cities were covered. Hard assets such as building tops, gate signages, totems to reception desks and branding across campus floors, cafés with transit media were included.
