Team Event Studio was chosen to host, engage and entertain around 45 international delegates for a multi-city leisure offsite spanning 7 days.
Task
“ATG - Royal India Tour” was curated to get each delegate of ATG team to discover the Legends of the Indian Royalty.
The Alliance Tire Company Ltd. is a tire manufacturing company based in India with clients in Europe, the USA, Japan, and Latin America.
For their 2017 Latam Dealer Visit, our team was chosen to host, engage, entertain and excite around 45 international delegates for a multi-city leisure offsite spanning across 7 days.
Much like the legendary Indian Hospitality fit for the Maharajas and the Princes, we cherry picked a bunch of experiences for the delegates.Right from the welcome to departure, they were subjected to visuals of exotic flowers, sounds of choicest music along with ambience of decadent luxury and beauty.
The first and foremost challenge was a suitable venue to house each of these experiences. For the second part, carefully picked professional guides well versed with Spanish and Portuguese language were chosen to assist the delegates ensuring smooth communication and translation throughout the trip.
To engage the dealers over 21 meal occasions and through 150 hours plus travel in 7 days, an extensive number of giveaways were given to the guests at each touch point keeping them engaged throughout the trip.
Day 1 began with a princely welcome with decorated dhols, rose petal showers followed by Aarti, Tika and garland for each of our guests.
Post the welcome, the delegates were acquainted with local customs, basics of Hindi with a theatrical kit and provided handy tools like customised travel diary, a faux leather bag, luggage tags etc
Day 2 was apt to visit and witness the home to iconic Taj Mahal. This was followed by shopping during the day & networking session with cocktail dinner featuring a specially curated extensive food menu of Mughal delicacies.
Day 3 weled the team to the pink city of rich heritage and culture Jaipur. Here we offered the delegates an insight into unique Architecture, Vastu, Astrology, Forts, Monuments, Palaces, Art and Craft, Culture amongst all else.
At dinner, we delighted the guests with of Royal Rajputana gastronomy through live cooking session of Rotis for the guests by in house chefs.
Day 4 began with elephant ride to Amer fort followed by Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jal mahal sightseeing amped up with old world luxuries like Hot Air Balloon Safari with rare storytelling of centuries mid air.
It culminated with a meal overseeing the landscape of entire city with a thematic Rajasthani Village setup that enthralled guests with Kacchighodi welcome, pottery and bangle making, Henna and Turban tying
Day 5 began with early lunch and traditional rituals followed by live folk music performances with kalbeliya artists where were followed by travel to Mumbai.
Day 6 was when the delegates visited Dahej Plant of ATG. While the dealers were away, their spouses in Mumbai were treated with local sightseeing.
At Dahej, a red-carpet welcome by factory staff and welcome drinks were arranged prior to sapling plantation and thorough 2 hour site inspection of the factory.
The grand finale on Day 7 started on a relaxed note with sightseeing activities clubbed with lunch at Leopold café.The best was indeed saved for the last with Bollywood Themed Gala Night where the delegates were dressed in traditional sarees and kurta pyjamas.
At the finale venue, they were greeted with elements like red carpet paparazzi entry, Bollywood themed props and an LED stage with motion graphics.
The energetic culmination came from Welcome Lezhim performance, Interactive Bollywood Quiz & filmi dance workshop by Awez Darbar troupe hosted by the charming Emcee Zinia Fernandes
