Amara Raja Founders Day
On December 20th, Amara Raja commemorates their Founder’s Day at their Tirupati facility in India, running from 9 am to 5 pm. The event hosted founding members, their families, top management figures, and selected employees, totaling around 1100 attendees.
The Foundation Day serves as a celebration of the company, its people, and their shared values.
To foster inclusivity, the company involved the community, school children, and local panchayat leaders, acknowledging their hard work. Furthermore, we arranged a special activity—a flash dance mob—for factory employees at the parking lot after 5:30 pm, coinciding with their departure by buses back home.
