The Foundation Day serves as a celebration of the company, its people, and their shared values. 

To foster inclusivity, the company involved the community, school children, and local panchayat leaders, acknowledging their hard work. Furthermore, we arranged a special activity—a flash dance mob—for factory employees at the parking lot after 5:30 pm, coinciding with their departure by buses back home.

From setting up the entrance arch, the photo op, the stage and thinking of creative engagements for Marriott Bonvoy and more to the media wall and the regional holders- everything was set up keeping sustainability in mind.

Even the lanyards were made of cork – purely sustainable!

Since Marriott is a luxury brand known for their one of a kind travel experiences; we had a ‘What Sparks Your Travel’ custom string art activity — a crowd favourite.

Organized by Larsen & Toubro (L&T) in collaboration with MMRDA and the Times of India, the marathon spanned the newly constructed Atal Bihari Vajpayee Trans Harbour Link, seamlessly connecting Mumbai to Navi Mumbai.

The launch of this colossus of a bridge had to be marked with an event that was appropriately grand. And what better way to do so than to have 5000+ runners from across the world run the length of the bridge? That’s how the L&T Sea Bridge Marathon was conceptualized, and thus it became the world’s only marathon to be run completely above a water body. Meticulous planning and innovative strategies ensured that every detail was impeccable, from the scenic route to the engaging cultural elements. The launch of this marathon did more than connect two parts of a city – it united a community in a shared experience of pride!

In accordance with Shri Narendra Modi’s Fit India campaign, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has decided to start “Fit Mumbai Half Marathon”, hoping to make Mumbai the capital of health with the slogan – “Fitness Dil Se”!

To ensure energies were high and everyone had a good time, we also included Zumba dance warm up sessions and DJ breaks to keep the body, mind and heart happy.

Held at Mukesh Patel auditorium, a wide range of entertainment put together by the artists from the industry graced the stage. Some of the prominent names in attendance: Rohit Shetty, Shreya Ghoshal, Nivedita Ashok Saraf, and so many more!

We also had the pleasure of having Mandira Bedi not only host a small work out session but also talk about her experiences.

One of the best stand ups in India,  Sahil Bulla performed a set that left the crowd in tears; and  Kruti Parekh- Asia’s first female mentalist wowed us all!

Segments included a special company book launch and a customised Shark Tank.

It was logical to leverage social media platforms to create conversations but how could we stand out? The proposition- equipping consumers to leverage their Instagram following to earn rewards on spends – needed to come out clearly. Also, since only individuals with a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram are eligible, the launch had to be exclusive. 

We curated a list of 200+ influencers who would attend the card’s launch. Karan Johar’s restaurant, Neuma, came aboard as a venue partner. The decor was futuristic to reflect WYLD’s innovative spirit and the grand reveal was larger than life.

There were over 300+ organic posts and stories on social media by attending celebrities including the likes of Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, Dhvani Bhanushali, Zayed Khan, Miss Malini and Suleman, to name a few. With an overall budget of INR 10-12 lakh, the event managed to generate enough interest to have over 7 lakh individuals sign up for the WYLD card waitlist. 

An extensive list of pre-function activities and photo opportunities kept guests engaged and buzzing; like our VR Cricket Game. Our photo ops ranged from having a 360 photobooth, a dugout installation and a magazine-style immersion.

The event also included a speaker session with Sunil Gavaskar; and event engagement was conducted by Bhakti & Troupe who helped employees recreate the customised ‘Jeetenge’ anthem for the event using drums and other instruments.

Activ One, resonating with their commitment to empowering individuals to lead healthier lives, was a roaring success amongst their employees and advisors. The event kicked off with a CEO address and the unveiling of the product, and closed with a high impact engagement activity, for which we partnered with Drum Café India.

Pre-function areas were also decked with decor, standees and engagement activities – from a mosaic photobooth to an interactive, creative way to process feedback!
